1. Reservation and Payment:

1.1. Reservations can be made by contacting Siddhanta Manor Homestay directly.
1.2. 50% advance payment in full is required to secure a reservation.
1.3. All rates and charges are quoted in local currency and subject to applicable taxes.
1.4. Tariffs are subject to change when not booked.

2. Cancellation and refund

2.1. Cancellations made more than [15] days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
2.2. Cancellations made within [15] days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2.3. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full reservation amount. 2.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7] days after the cancellation date.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

3.1. Check-in time begins at 12:30 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
3.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities:

4.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining accommodations cleanliness during their stay.
4.2. Cost of damages, if any, will have to be borne by the guest.
4.3. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of Siddhanta Manor Homestay during their stay.
4.4. Siddhanta Manor Homestay reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these terms and conditions.
